The process key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are documented along with the user stories in Blueworks Live.

6. Identifying KPIs & SLAs

A key performance indicator (KPI) is a quantifiable measurement (what to measure and the unit of measurement). An SLA is an agreement to complete one or multiple activities in the process by their due date. It can be based on default or custom KPIs.

7. Process diagrams

The process diagram is developed to express processes in terms of flow of activities, decision gateways, splits, joins, and events. A preliminary diagram is developed on the basis of user stories for the purpose of Playback Zero.
