• BPM analyst develops process charter and IBM Blueworks Live or other modeling diagram
• BPM analyst captures initial backlog and user stories
• BPM project manager reviews backlog and user stories with process owner
  • Process owner should own the user stories, however, the project team will be involved in documentation
• Process owner prioritizes the backlog
• Handoff to the BPM developer
  • Each user story is further decomposed into coaches and services.
• Process owner updates/re-prioritizes backlog after each playback
  • The PM may assist from an administrative perspective
• The user stories are used for customer acceptance at the end of the project
